١. القبول بالشروط
باستخدامك لتطبيق "حصادي" أو موقعه الإلكتروني، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الاسترداد وفض النزاعات التابعة للمنصة. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة. الخدمة موجهة للاستخدام والمعاملات داخل سلطنة عُمان.
٢. وصف الخدمة والسوق المستهدف
"حصادي" منصة إلكترونية وسيطة تعمل داخل سلطنة عُمان فقط، تربط المزارعين ومربي الماشية والبائعين بالمشترين لدعم الأمن الغذائي.
لا تشمل خدماتنا التسويق أو البيع أو الشحن خارج السلطنة.
تشمل خدماتنا:
- منصة وسيطة لإدراج وبيع المنتجات الزراعية والحيوانية والمعدات
- نظام تقني لإدارة الطلبات والتوصيل وتتبع أسعار السوق
- خدمة الإعلانات المميزة وخطط الاشتراك للبائعين
- أدوات إرشادية مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي (AI Consultant)
٣. التسجيل والحسابات
- يجب أن يكون عمر المستخدم 18 عاماً أو أكثر بكامل الأهلية القانونية
- يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة عند التسجيل
- أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات حسابك ونشاطاته
- يُحظر إنشاء أكثر من حساب لنفس الشخص أو الكيان
- تحتفظ حصادي بالحق في تعليق أو إلغاء أي حساب مخالف
٤. مسؤوليات البائعين (التجار)
- ضمان دقة وصحة معلومات المنتجات ومطابقتها للواقع
- الالتزام بتسليم المنتجات في الوقت المحدد
- الامتثال للوائح والقوانين الصحية والبيطرية في سلطنة عُمان
- الالتزام بأسعار الطلبات المؤكدة عبر التطبيق — لا مدفوعات خارجية
- تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن السلعة حتى قبولها من المشتري
٥. مسؤوليات المشترين وآلية الاستلام الرقمي
- تقديم معلومات التوصيل والموقع بدقة
- الالتزام بالدفع عبر وسائل الدفع المعتمدة فقط
- معاينة وفحص السلعة فور وصولها وقبل تسليم كود التحقق
⚠️ بند حاسم
يُعد تسليم المشتري كود التحقق الرقمي الداخلي (Release OTP) للمندوب إقراراً رسمياً وقانونياً لا رجعة فيه بمعاينة السلعة وسلامتها ومطابقتها للوصف، وبناءً عليه يقوم نظام المنصة بتحرير المبلغ لحساب البائع تلقائياً.
٦. المدفوعات والوساطة المالية الداخلية
- جميع المدفوعات الإلكترونية عبر بوابة الدفع الآمنة داخل التطبيق — المعاملات النقدية مسموحة لكنها خارج نطاق ضمان حصادي
- جميع الأسعار بالريال العُماني (OMR) فقط
- تطبق حصادي نظام وساطة مالي آمن: أموال المشتري الإلكترونية محتجزة حتى تأكيد الاستلام عبر كود OTP — بعده تُحرَّر لحساب البائع فوراً
- رسوم الخدمة (3%) على المشتري: تشمل تكاليف تشغيل المنصة وضمان أمان المعاملة — رسوم المنصة على البائع: مجاني (2%) / Pro (1%) / Business (0%)

تستقطع المنصة عمولة على كل صفقة تتم عبر نظام الدفع الإلكتروني كرسوم خدمة، وتتفاوت النسبة حسب نوع السلعة كما يلي:

المواشي والحيوانات الحية: 2% أو 5 ريال عُماني كحد أقصى لكل رأس

المحاصيل والأعلاف والمنتجات الزراعية: 4%
•
المعدات والأدوات والأدوية البيطرية: 6%
•
تُطبَّق العمولة بعد انتهاء فترة الإطلاق المجانية البالغة 3 أشهر من تاريخ الإطلاق الرسمي للمنصة
- تحتسب حصادي عمولة وفق خطة اشتراك التاجر
٧. المحتوى والمنتجات المحظورة
يُحظر إدراج أو نشر:
- منتجات مقلدة أو تالفة أو مخالفة للمواصفات العُمانية
- سلع أو أدوية بيطرية محظورة دون تراخيص رسمية
- معلومات مضللة أو محتوى ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية
٨. القانون الواجب التطبيق وتسوية النزاعات
- تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان حصراً
- إدارة حصادي وسيط محايد عبر Admin Control Center
- لفتح نزاع: support@hamedapps.com — تُعالج خلال 7 أيام عمل
- قرار إدارة حصادي في النزاعات نهائي وملزم داخل التطبيق
٩. تحديد وإخلاء المسؤولية
- حصادي منصة تقنية وسيطة — لا تتحمل المسؤولية عن جودة المنتجات
- غير مسؤولة عن تلف السلع بعد إتمام الاستلام وإدخال OTP
- عمليات الدفع وتشفير البطاقات محمية بالكامل عبر بوابة دفع آمنة مرخصة من البنك المركزي العُماني
١٠. التعديلات على الشروط
تحتفظ حصادي بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت.
سيتم إشعار المستخدمين عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني.
استمرار الاستخدام بعد التحديث يُعد موافقة ضمنية.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the "Hasaadi" application or website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the Platform's Refund and Dispute Resolution Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the service. The service is intended for use and transactions within the Sultanate of Oman only.
2. Service Description & Target Market
"Hasaadi" is an intermediary e-commerce platform operating exclusively within the Sultanate of Oman, connecting farmers, livestock breeders, and sellers of agricultural and animal products with buyers to support food security. Our services do not include marketing, selling, or shipping outside Oman.
Our services include:
- An intermediary marketplace for listing and selling agricultural, animal, and equipment products
- A technical system for order management, delivery, and market price tracking
- Featured advertising services and subscription plans for sellers
- AI-powered advisory and educational tools (AI Consultant)
3. Registration & Accounts
- Users must be 18 years or older with full legal capacity
- Accurate and truthful information must be provided upon registration
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Creating more than one account per person or entity is prohibited
- Hasaadi reserves the right to suspend or cancel any non-compliant account
4. Seller Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and quality of listed products matching reality
- Commit to delivering products within the specified timeframe
- Comply with all health and veterinary regulations in Oman
- Honor confirmed order prices via the app — no external payments
- Bear full responsibility for goods until accepted by the buyer
5. Buyer Responsibilities & Digital Delivery System
- Provide accurate delivery information and location
- Pay only through approved payment methods on the platform
- Inspect and examine goods immediately upon arrival before handing over the verification code
⚠️ Critical Clause
The buyer handing over the internal digital verification code (Release OTP) to the delivery agent constitutes an official and legally binding acknowledgment — with no recourse — that the goods have been inspected, found free of apparent defects, and match the description. The platform's system will then automatically release the payment to the seller's account.
6. Payments & Internal Financial Intermediation
- Electronic payments via the secure in-app gateway — cash payments permitted but outside Hasaadi guarantee scope
- All prices in Omani Rial (OMR) only
- Hasaadi applies a secure financial mediation system: electronic buyer funds are held until delivery is confirmed via OTP code — then released to the seller immediately
- Service fee (3%) charged to buyer: covers platform costs and transaction security — Platform fee on seller: Free (2%) / Pro (1%) / Business (0%)
- The platform deducts a service commission on every transaction processed through the electronic payment system, varying by product type:
- Livestock & live animals: 2% or max OMR 5 per head
- Crops, feed & fresh produce: 4%
- Equipment, tools & veterinary medicine: 6%
- Commission applies after the 3-month free launch period from the platform's official launch date.
- Hasaadi charges a commission according to the merchant's subscription plan
7. Prohibited Content & Products
It is prohibited to list or publish:
- Counterfeit, damaged, or non-compliant products
- Prohibited veterinary drugs or controlled substances without official licenses
- Misleading information or content violating intellectual property rights
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Oman
- Hasaadi acts as a neutral intermediary via Admin Control Center
- To open a dispute: support@hamedapps.com — processed within 7 business days
- Hasaadi's decision in platform disputes is final and binding
9. Limitation of Liability
- Hasaadi is a technical intermediary — not liable for product quality
- Not responsible for goods damaged after successful OTP delivery
- Payment processing and card encryption fully protected by a licensed secure payment gateway, authorized by the Central Bank of Oman
10. Amendments to Terms
Hasaadi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
Users will be notified via the app or email.
Continued use after updates constitutes implicit acceptance.
